4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Payment is required at the time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
  • Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable

5. Delivery

  • Delivery areas and times are specified during checkout
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather or other circumstances
  • If the recipient is not home, we will leave your order in as safe and sheltered position at the recipients address as possible. 
  • You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address to us, if delivery cannot be made you may be charged a re-delivery fee

6. Fresh Flower Policy

  • Fresh flowers are perishable and have a limited lifespan
  • We guarantee freshness at time of delivery
  • Quality issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery
  • Seasonal availability may affect specific flower varieties

7. Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before scheduled delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
