Fresh Flowers and Arrangements Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns on fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, or individual stems once collected. However, we guarantee the quality and freshness of all our products.
Quality Guarantee If you're not satisfied with the quality or condition of your fresh flowers upon delivery or collection please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue with replacement or a refund.
Prepaid Flowers If you have prepaid for your flowers for collection and for any reason we can not fulfil the order (usually due to weather or pests), we will contact you asap to notify and offer either a future replacement or a full refund of that order.
